JCM Land & Grain, LLC is a family-owned and operated farming business with a dedicated Land Management division. Our commitment to the land runs deep—the Mitchell family began farming in Union County more than 225 years ago, and that legacy of stewardship continues to guide everything we do today. Our Land Management services are designed to enhance property appearance, ensure proper upkeep, create and restore natural habitats, and improve overall land efficiency.
Based in southwest Madison County, Ohio, JCM Land & Grain, LLC was founded in 2004 by Jay and Monica Mitchell. In 2021, our oldest son, Jesse Mitchell, joined the operation, continuing generations of family involvement in agriculture and land care. Today, we farm nearly 3,000 acres across Madison and Union Counties.
